See its still possible to get an old speedster through the IVA Grin
It passed today so I'm a happy, happy bunny. Now for the registration paperwork and I'll be cruising around with a huge smile on my face. Grin Grin

Hearty Congratulations!

IVA is no easy matter so you should give yourself a big pat on the back, and hope that the registration process goes well. At least it is just a matter of paperwork, phone calls, arranging an inspection, and definately NOT waiting around. Do not accept delays - keep a telephone superglued to your ear and hassle! There is always an alternative way, so be insistant. Make sure that the local DVLA office know how to spell your name and know your voice and your face! Unfortunately you cannot call the local DVLA office, but have to go through Swansea who will pass on a request to the local DVLA who have to then call you within a couple of hours. It can be a bad experience but you can speed it up with hassle!
Having said all that I bet that you only need one visit and it all goes quickly..........

Once it looks more like a proper speedster should I will get some pictures up. But for now just imagine a mould fresh body with some nice bits and pieces on it.

And another first for me and my me speedster.
Its all legal and now totally road worthy so we went for our first drive. Only a couple a miles but it was awesome.
Still alot to do and gremlins to iron out, but its legal Grin Grin Grin
